  • Role: Market analysis, visitor projections and business planning in in the lead up to launching Cyclopark

Fourth Street’s consultants prepared the original business plan that helped to secure the £8m investment to build Cyclopark.

Working closely with Kent Thameside and Kent County Council, the business plan included: recommendations for the new governance structure and management arrangements; lighted on the Cyclopark name and worked with designers to formulate the brand and identify; and developed a detail financial model, with visitor and financial projections covering its first 5-years in operation.

In 2014, Fourth Street was commissioned again to advise on the further expansion of Cyclopark covering adjoining land to its south and to undertake a soft market testing exercise to explore potential development and investment partners.
