Fourth Street was appointed by the Gilbert White & The Oates Collections Charitable Trust to complete a study on Strategic Business Planning and Organisational Development. The study considered the Trust’s short, medium and long term strategy. The study aimed to help the organisation make progress on five strategic priorities; developing the visitor experience, widening the audiences, raising the profile, generating more income and strengthening the organisation. As well as detailed consultations and financial analysis, it involved review and advice on the vision and branding of the organisation.
