Fourth Street worked with Julia Holberry Associates to deliver a strategic business and organisational plan for the future, giving the Trust a clear road-map for the next five years. Our work included in depth stakeholder engagement, rigorous market analysis, and a review of operational and management processes within the destination.

As well as being home to the renowned 18th century naturalist Gilbert White, the museum hosts the Oates' Collection, which explores the life of Antarctic explorer Lawrence Oates, who famously perished as part of Scott's expedition to the south pole.

Fourth Street was appointed by the Gilbert White & The Oates Collections Charitable Trust to complete a study on Strategic Business Planning and Organisational Development. The study considered the Trust’s short, medium and long term strategy. The study aimed to help the organisation make progress on five strategic priorities; developing the visitor experience, widening the audiences, raising the profile, generating more income and strengthening the organisation. As well as detailed consultations and financial analysis, it involved review and advice on the vision and branding of the organisation.
