Twenty years ago, Norman Cook AKA Fatboy Slim released his most influential album – You’ve Come a Long Way Baby. In a recent BBC Radio 2 documentary, Cook talked intimately about the making of the album, with many references to Brighton. Ten years earlier, Cook moved to Brighton to study History of Tourism and his love affair with the city began. After DJ'ing a gig in the British Airways i360 this summer, Jim Roberts - director of Fourth Street - met up with Cook to discuss his views on Brighton, its heritage and tourism.
