Place Capital Group is a new business that will be delivering place-led regeneration projects across the UK. Its founders were also the original founders of development company, Placefirst, known for converting over 1,000 empty homes into award-winning neighbourhoods.

The integration of Fourth Street into the Place Capital Group will not change anything we do on a day-to-day basis, but it will mean that we are now part of a larger group that will help us grow and service even more clients on even more exciting place-making projects.
